$15 - Standard Report includes a complete Credit Check, Public Records Check, Social Security verification. This includes Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Home Loans, Educational Loans, Department Store Charge Cards, Collection Accounts being reported, Civil Court Judgements, Tax Leins as well as a Fraud Alert, Identity Theft alert, Terrorist Alert.

$10 - Housing Court Check includes any issues pertaining to your tenant in Housing Court - irrespective of whether or not a judgement was rendered. A note of caution- Housing Courts track their information by Name & Address (not by Social Security#).
As a result the accuracy of the "exact match" is compromised. The way we determine a match is if the Housing Court Record matches the address(s) on the credit report.

$15 - Criminal Check includes criminal judgements against your applicant.
