Here's how it works is, You(the client) must have "permissible purpose" refer to "Legal Aspects of Consumer Credit Reports". If you have permissible purpose (ie you are a Landlord screening your prospective tenants or you are a Realtor screening tenants for Apartment Rentals, you can download the Forms Required to Setup an Account and follow the instructions on page 1 of 7.

Essentially what we need is to make sure that:

a) You can prove to us that you have permissible purpose so if you are a Landlord we would need proof that you own property or if you are a Realtor we need a copy of your Real Estate License.

b) We need proof of your Identity.

Once you have an Active Account with us(ie once you have faxed us your paperwork and your account is approved).

Simply have your applicant fill out a form releasing their records to you and fax it to our toll free fax# 1-800-900-2432. We will fax you back the results or give you a "Verbal" and mail you the report.
